食の街・金沢がいちばん“おいしい”季節、秋。10月17日（土）・18日（日）には金沢おいしいフェスタが開催されます。イベントの楽しみ方と、この時期に味わいたい加賀野菜、そしてキッチン付き客室ならではの“食の旅の続き方”をご紹介します。
金沢おいしいフェスタとは
地元食材を使った創作料理や、郷土料理を大胆にアレンジした一皿、伝統的な和菓子、地酒などの飲食ブースが数多く並ぶ2日間。若手料理家による加賀野菜をテーマにしたフォーラムや、親子で参加できる茶道体験も予定されています。
秋に味わいたい加賀野菜
・五郎島金時（さつまいも）…ほくほくとした甘さ。焼き芋やスイーツで
・加賀れんこん…もちっとした食感。すりおろして蒸す「はす蒸し」は金沢の郷土料理
